Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Bloomen is operated by Humans Innovation Ltd (“we”, “us”), Flat D, 25/F, Gee Chang Hong Centre, 65 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Hong Kong. Contact: info@humansinnovation.com.
2. Scope
This policy applies to the Bloomen mobile application and related order/support services for Bloomen. It does not cover our other apps or the marketing website, which have separate policies.
3. Data we may collect
- Account and contact information (name, phone, email)
- Delivery addresses and order details (products, schedule, messages/gift notes)
- Payment-related information processed by payment providers (we do not store full card numbers if payments are handled by Apple/third-party processors)
- Device and app usage data (device type, OS version, crash logs, approximate diagnostics)
- Support communications you send us
4. How we use data
- Provide flower ordering, scheduling, and delivery coordination
- Customer support and order issue resolution
- Improve app reliability and user experience
- Comply with law and prevent fraud or abuse
5. Sharing
We may share data with delivery or fulfilment partners as needed to complete orders, with payment processors, with cloud/hosting and analytics providers acting on our instructions, and when required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Retention
We retain order and account data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal/accounting requirements, and resolve disputes, then delete or anonymise it where practicable.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children
Bloomen is not directed at children under 13 (or higher age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the Hong Kong PDPO), you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Email info@humansinnovation.com with “Bloomen privacy” in the subject line.
10. International transfers
Our providers may process data in jurisdictions outside Hong Kong. Where we transfer data, we take steps appropriate to the context and applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or on this page.
