Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Bloomen app and related services operated by Humans Innovation Ltd. By using Bloomen you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Bloomen lets users browse and order flower products for delivery or scheduled occasions, subject to availability in supported areas.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Orders and payments

Prices, fees, and delivery windows are shown in the app and may change. Orders are subject to acceptance and stock/delivery capacity. Payments are processed via the mechanisms offered in the app (for example App Store or other processors).

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other users or our systems
• Do not use Bloomen for unlawful purposes
• Do not submit abusive or infringing content in gift messages or support channels

6. Intellectual property

The app, branding, and content (excluding your user-submitted messages) are owned by us or our licensors.

7. Disclaimers

Floral products are natural goods; appearance may vary. Delivery times are estimates. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability relating to Bloomen is limited to the amounts you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim, where applicable.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the app at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
