Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms govern Unscripted, operated by Humans Innovation Ltd. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You confirm your date of birth is true. We may delete accounts that break the age rule, including if someone reports underage use.

3. The service

Unscripted lets you build an AI Twin, Cast it into a simulated date with another person’s Twin, watch that simulation, and optionally message or meet in real life (including via QR). Discover uses a card deck to choose who to Cast. A Cast starts a simulation; it is not by itself a human match or a promise of a relationship.

We do not guarantee matches, dates, chemistry, or any outcome. The service may change, break, or pause.

4. Safety — you are responsible for real people

You are solely responsible for what you do with other users, in the app and in person. We do not run criminal background checks. Other users may lie. Meet in public, tell a friend, and leave if you feel unsafe.

If you feel unsafe: stop talking, use in-app report and block, and contact Hong Kong Police or local authorities if needed. We do not promise a response time on reports. We may keep report records for safety.

5. Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate, threats, scams, or sexual content involving anyone 17 or under — including in Twin prompts, photos, human chat, or simulations
• No impersonation, fake profiles, or accounts for people under 18
• No spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or malware
• No scraping, bulk harvesting, reverse engineering, or attacking the service
• No content you do not have the right to post (including other people’s photos)
• No using the app to arrange prostitution or to exploit anyone

6. Your content

You keep the rights in photos, prompts, messages, and other content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate Unscripted, including sending Twin text (not photos) to DeepSeek to generate simulations. You confirm you have the rights to grant this licence and that your content does not break these Terms or the law.

7. AI Twin simulations

Simulations are generated by an automated system (currently DeepSeek). They can be inaccurate, offensive, or a bad suggestion. We are not responsible for decisions you make because of AI output. You decide every message you send to a human.

8. Purchases

Unscripted Pro, if you buy it, is billed by Apple as a weekly or monthly auto-renewing subscription. RevenueCat helps us know whether your account is Pro. Refunds and cancellations follow Apple’s rules, except where Hong Kong law requires otherwise.

9. Suspension and deletion

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms, create safety risk, or for operational reasons. You may delete your account in Settings or by emailing us. Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided “as is”. Dating and meeting strangers has risk. To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for other users’ conduct, or for AI output.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that Hong Kong law does not allow us to exclude, including for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence where that cannot be excluded.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except for mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
